SINDHU RESTAURANT

ENJOY AN ELEGANT FUSION OF INDIAN AND BRITISH CUISINE FROM ATUL KOCHHAR
P&O Cruises has a proud tradition of giving passengers the very best - and they don't come much better than Atul Kochhar. Atul's restaurant, Sindhu, will showcase an elegant fusion of Indian and British cuisine featuring sublime flavours, sublime taste combinations and exquisite presentation. His Soft Shell Crab and Squid Salad in particular is sure to be a favourite. Passengers will also be able to order from a lighter menu for a more informal bite to eat, or sample one of Atul's exotic cocktails from the equally chic bar.

ATUL KOCHHAR, THE INSPIRATION BEHIND SINDHU
Few people embody the spirit of modern British cuisine better than Atul Kochhar. Born in Jamshedpur, eastern India, Atul's reputation brought him to London in 1994 and by the age of 31, he had become the first Indian chef to be awarded the coveted Michelin star. And now Atul has now brought his highly sought after talent and years of experience to Sindhu, our exclusive fine dining restaurant. Passengers can expect modern Indian cuisine with a British twist.

Sindhu's design has been carefully put together in order to create a stylish and inviting atmosphere, and to evoke the warmth and vibrancy of the Indian cuisine on offer. The interior is made up of dark wood finishes, sumptuous red fabrics and Indian marble counter tops for authenticity. The venue also features artwork by the talented Halima Cassell, a Pakistan-born artist whose dynamic works are crafted from clay, featuring exquisite textures.
