Turkey Pepper Fry
Turkey Pepper Fry Recipe
500 gm Turkey Breast, cut into thin strips
MARINADE
1 tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp corn flour
3-4 tbsp rape seeds oil to fry
2 tbsp coconut oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp fennel seeds
1 dried red chilli
2 medium red onions, thinly sliced (4 shallots)
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 green chilli, cut into halves
20 no curry leaves
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp fennel powder
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp freshly crushed black pepper
10 baby plum tomatoes, cut into halves
2 tsp coconut or white wine vinegar
Salt to taste
4 Readymade Paratha
Heat coconut oil in a pan, saute mustard, fennel, red chili, curry leaves, peppers and onions together. Add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilli and fried Turkey. Add the powdered spices, cut tomatoes, black pepper, salt and vinegar. Saute on high heat and serve with paratha.
Pesci – use prawns or small pieces of white fish
