Cricket is a sport I have been passionate about since I was young, so when I was approached to design and deliver a menu for Green Room VIP guests at the England v India One Day International on Tuesday 12 July, I jumped at the opportunity!

Anytime England play India it’s a huge occasion and having experienced The Green Room at The Oval as a guest last year, I can tell you from personal experience this is the ultimate in cricket hospitality. Stunning views, legends like Darren Gough and Steve Harmison in attendance plus this year you can enjoy my food too! The Oval is one of the most iconic grounds in world cricket and I simply cannot wait to cook there.

On Tuesday 12 July, England take on India in what should be a thrilling One Day International match and if you want to experience my specially created menu plus the best views of the pitch and personal interaction with cricket icons like Darren Gough and Steve Harmison, The Green Room is the only place to be.
I will also be there on the day to talk through the menu and meet guests, so I hope to see you there.
